When I'm uploading photographs to the galleries the loading bar doesn't seem to work. The photos are already uploaded by the time I get to watch the loading screen.
I'm using Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP.

Okay, what you might try is the following:
On your upload page is a tabbed menu bar. The tab on the far right is clickable and gives you the opportunity to use a Java applet to upload your pictures instead of the default uploader.
If the problem persists, please let me know.
